When you complete the enquiry form on this website we collect the name, surname, email address, phone number, company name and message you choose to give us, together with the date and time you gave your consent.
We do not use advertising or analytics cookies on this website, and we do not build profiles of visitors.
Why we use it
We use these details for one purpose only: to respond to your enquiry and to continue that conversation if you want us to. We rely on your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form, and you can withdraw it at any time.
We never sell your details and we do not share them with third parties for marketing.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months from the date of your last contact with us, after which they are reviewed and deleted. You can ask us to delete them sooner.
How we protect it
Enquiries are stored in an access-controlled database. Only named administrators can read them; other portal users who manage website content cannot. Every change made through our internal portal is recorded in an activity log, and all traffic to this website is encrypted in transit.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or withdraw your consent. We will action verified requests without undue delay and, in any event, within one month.
